On food network delicious video of broccoli soup by Michael Chiarello.  Guess what?  It contains chicken stock.  Yes, that’s right; it’s listed a “vegetarian” recipe with chicken stock. As you can guess, I’m a fan of Michael Chiarello’s cooking, but I don’t know what food network was thinking with this one.  So, here’s my recommendation: watch the video, substitute vegetable stock and it’s a great recipe.  Bon Apetit!
