Wow!  The following story originally mentioned on the Linked In Vegetarian/Vegan group is sad.  According to New York Daily News, trader Ryan Pacifico alleges that he was taunted then eventually fired from his job at an investment firm because he’s a vegetarian!  Can you imagine?  Per the article, Pacifico (who is married) was also labeled as being a homosexual.  Why? Well, apparently those who ridiculed him have this incorrect perception that only gay men are vegetarians. Pacifico is suing his former employer; I’ll keep you posted on any updates.
